CoachTime Support
We answer email within a day.
CoachTime is a coaching app from QB Stable. Coaches use it to run live video sessions with their athletes, draw right on the film, save clips of reps, track sessions and credits, and log what they get paid. Athletes join from a link in their browser, with nothing to download.

Common questions
My athlete cannot join the session
Athletes join from the link you share, right in their browser. No app, no account. If they are stuck:
- Make sure they opened your newest link. Each session has its own link, and older links expire.
- Have them open it in Safari or Chrome. Some in-app browsers inside texting or social apps block the camera. If tapping the link opened it inside another app, tell them to choose Open in Browser.
- When the browser asks to use the camera and microphone, they need to tap Allow.
- Check that you started the session on your end first, then reshare the link from inside the room.
- A weak signal can stall the join. Switching to stronger Wi-Fi usually fixes it.
Camera or microphone is not working
Live sessions need camera and microphone access on both sides.
- On the coach app: if you tapped Don't Allow the first time, open the iPhone Settings app, scroll to CoachTime, and turn Camera and Microphone on.
- On the athlete's browser: tap the small camera or lock icon in the address bar and set the camera and microphone to Allow, then reload the page.
- Only one app can use the camera at a time. Close any other video app that might be holding it.
- You can start a session with your mic or camera off and turn them on once you are in.
How do credits and packages work
A package is a set of sessions you sell as one, for example a pack of four lessons. When an athlete has a package, their remaining sessions show as credits. Booking or completing a session draws down a credit, so you always know who has sessions left and who is running low. You build your packages under Packages in settings, and each athlete's credit balance shows on their card and on your home screen under Needs attention.
How do payments work
CoachTime tracks the money, you collect it your way. Log what you are paid on any rail: Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, cash, or check. The Payments screen shows what is owed and what has been collected, with totals per rail. Add a charge to record something an athlete owes, then mark it paid in two taps when the money comes in.
How do I delete my account
You can delete your whole account from inside the app:
- Open the You tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This permanently removes your account and everything under it: your athletes, sessions, notes, clips, homework, and recaps. It cannot be undone. You can also delete a single athlete or session at any time from their screen. Parents can ask their coach to remove a child's information, or email us and we will take care of it.
The app is slow to open the first time
The very first launch after installing can take a few seconds while the app sets itself up. That is normal, and it opens fast every time after. If it ever seems stuck, force-close it and reopen.
What about privacy and my athletes' data
No ads, no trackers, and we never sell your data. Live call video is never recorded or stored. The only video saved is a clip a coach chooses to grab. Athletes never sign themselves up, coaches create and control every profile. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
